New Year's Eve 2009
New Years Eve, yeah baby! Jamie and Tonya had us over for Christmas Eve, we returned the favor for New Years Eve. Minus the good cooking, it's called pizza and root beer floats. We had a blast. We played Beatles rock band on the Wii. I have to say I am the best singer ever. The kids liked it too. We played some other games and just relaxed until the bewitching hour. Truman and Elleree crashed before then. Morgan a 15 month old stayed up in a drunken stupor until 12:05 then she literally crashed, it was hilaroius! Happy New Year!!!!

Sounds like you had a blast. We did our usual Chandler & friends card party at Thor's (Lisa's brother). Dennis ending up winning the big jackpot ($75) which was fun. I'm not exactly sure how much fun it is for the kids though. Yours sounds fun but you are probably better singers than all of us. There are too many of us that take after Grandpa!
I tried the Rock band thing once. (note the Once?) Yeah, first on the lead guitar- not so spectacular. Then they switched me over to drums. Which, I thought "I'm coordinated, I can pat my head and rub my tummy" Yeah. Pathetic. Chuck wouldn't let me do the easier bass and well, let's just say I provided plenty of laughs and not much music.
It IS fun though.
And what's wrong with pizza and root beer floats?!?
