When we were in Colorado Alli let us have a photo shot.
She took some pretty awesome pictures of our family.
I have payed for pictures that have not turned out as well as these did.
She is so talented.
I tried to take pictures of her family too.
But I just don't have the "skills".
It really doesn't matter how nice the camera is, if you put it in the hands of someone who has no talent.
I'm not bashing on myself, I realize I have other talents, and am thankful for them!
I just feel bad that I can't return the favor to my awesome sister.
She has an eye for what looks good.
I miss her being around for all the major events.
It may drive you crazy, but she catches everything. Now I don't get that.

I heard about your picture session, and yes, your family pictures are great. The individual shots of the kids are so cute, and those are hard to get. Alli IS awesome and super talented.
You are super talented too,but photos may not be your primary thing.

Well those are just the cutest! Ali DOES do a fantastic job capturing the essence of her subjects. Doesn't hurt that she knows them so well and visa versa. She has been taking photos for a long time and IS pretty talented. Doesn't hurt that she had such cute subject matter either.

Those are supe awesome! Alli does have a good eye. You are correct that a good camera doesn't necessarily mean you are a good photographer. i am always surprised by some of the stuff that Spencer thinks to photograph. It's nice to have that sister connection so you will always have great photos of your kids.
C is right that everyone has different talents. You do awesome and fun crafts. You have an eye for color, patterns and how to make them go together--that is a really gift--speaking as the person who always wore stripes & plaid as a kid!
It is not so much talent as it is being cheap! You are sweet to tute my horn, but I think you are a bit bias! Love ya sis!
Super cute pics! I love the one with Beckett crying in the pumpkin. Ha, ha! Too funny! (Sorry if I spelled his name wrong). The pictures your sister took are awesome!
